About me
My name is Serene Adel Thomas
I am a devoted video editor who is enthusiastic about storytelling and creating content, driven by a deep commitment to promoting diversity both on and off screen.

As a passionate video editor, I have dedicated myself to the art of storytelling and captivating audiences through compelling narratives and creative concepts. With a Master's degree in Post-Production, I have honed my skills and gained expertise in various realms of the industry. My experience spans working on diverse projects such as YouTube podcasts, viral videos, vlogs, and social media content, allowing me to experiment with different storytelling formats and editing techniques. What sets me apart is my unwavering commitment to diversity and representation, as I aspire to create inclusive and enlightening content that amplifies marginalised voices and showcases untold stories.
I am particularly eager to contribute to the promotion of diversity within the UK, both on and off screen. Recognising the influential power of media in shaping perceptions and narratives, I strive to play an active role in pushing for positive change. By working on projects that emphasise representation and diversity, I aim to contribute to a more inclusive society. With my passion for storytelling, diverse editing experience, and dedication to promoting diversity, I am well-equipped to make a significant impact as a video editor, weaving together narratives that resonate with audiences and driving social change in the world of post-production.
